Tài liệu của bạn
Tài liệu và kho tri thức được lưu và xử lý trên máy của bạn. Chúng tôi không sao chép chúng về máy chủ của mình.
Khi trợ lý trả lời
Câu hỏi và phần nội dung cần thiết được gửi qua máy chủ trung gian của chúng tôi tới nhà cung cấp mô hình AI, để tạo câu trả lời. Máy chủ trung gian không lưu nội dung này. Máy chủ chỉ lưu số token, chi phí và số lượt gọi theo tháng của từng khách hàng, để áp hạn mức. Nhà cung cấp mô hình xử lý nội dung theo chính sách của họ.
Khi kích hoạt
Khi cài đặt, ứng dụng gửi mã kích hoạt và mã định danh của máy. Chúng tôi lưu mã máy, thời điểm kích hoạt và địa chỉ IP, để cấp giấy phép và chống lạm dụng.
Đăng nhập bằng Google và truy cập từ xa
Khi bạn mở bảng điều khiển từ xa, Cloudflare Access xác minh danh tính của bạn. Nếu chọn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi chỉ nhận địa chỉ email và tên hồ sơ của bạn, và chỉ dùng để kiểm tra bạn có quyền vào hay không. Chúng tôi không đọc Gmail hay dữ liệu Google khác của bạn qua bước đăng nhập này.
Lưu lượng truy cập từ xa đi qua Cloudflare và được Cloudflare giải mã trên đường đi, trước khi tới máy của bạn.
Gmail và lịch
Hai tính năng này mặc định tắt. Khi bạn bật, phần kết nối này dùng tài khoản và dự án Google do bạn kiểm soát, và dữ liệu được xử lý trên máy của bạn.
Trang web và cửa hàng
- Biểu mẫu đặt lịch demo chạy trên Tally. Thông tin bạn điền được gửi tới chúng tôi qua Tally.
- Khi đặt hàng, chúng tôi lưu tên, số điện thoại, địa chỉ, email và ghi chú để giao hàng. Thanh toán do payOS xử lý.
Bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi dùng Cloudflare, Google, Vultr, Vercel, Tally, payOS và nhà cung cấp mô hình AI (Anthropic hoặc OpenAI) trong các việc nêu trên. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn.
Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu chúng tôi giữ về bạn bằng cách gửi email tới hello@dongagent.ai.

Your documents
Your documents and knowledge base are stored and processed on your own machine. We do not copy them to our servers.
When the assistant answers
Your question and the content it needs go through our relay server to an AI model provider, to produce the answer. The relay does not store this content. It keeps only token counts, cost and call counts per client per month, to apply spending limits. The model provider handles the content under its own policy.
Activation
During installation the app sends the activation code and a machine identifier. We keep the machine identifier, the activation time and the IP address, to issue the licence and prevent abuse.
Google sign-in and remote access
When you open your dashboard remotely, Cloudflare Access checks who you are. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive only your email address and profile name, and use them only to check whether you may enter. This sign-in step does not read your Gmail or other Google data.
Remote traffic passes through Cloudflare, which decrypts it in transit before it reaches your machine.
Gmail and calendar
These features are off by default. When you turn them on, the connection uses a Google account and project under your control, and the data is processed on your machine.
Website and shop
- The demo request form runs on Tally. What you enter reaches us through Tally.
- When you order, we keep your name, phone number, address, email and note to deliver the order. payOS handles payment.
Third parties
We use Cloudflare, Google, Vultr, Vercel, Tally, payOS and an AI model provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) for the purposes above. We do not sell your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to hello@dongagent.ai.
